Any Maxi-Scooter Riders ever go on rides?

2006-12-30 19:23:55 by HwnScooterBill

Any one with a maxi-scooter (150-650cc's) like Honda Helixes, Reflexes, Silverwings, Suzuki Burgmans, Yamaha Majesties, Vespa & Aprilias ever go out on organized rides around the island? Don't get me wrong, I'm not AT ALL averse to riding with motorcycles, it's just that well.. many times they don't wish to ride with the likes of us. To me any two wheeled vehicle is cool but you know how it goes. Anyone out there ride?

What are the pros and cons ?

    • Yes also known as the Jazz here in South Africa. They are spacious for the size and u can carry quite abit with the way the seats fold up and down. Good fuel economy...not so slow but not so fast either. Good handling..u can turn corners quick...Good quality interior finish. The only real gripe I have is that it can feel abit underpowered when u want to accelarate quickly
